এই Terms & Conditions MediBOT-এর ওয়েবসাইট, ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, কনটেন্ট ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট, অ্যানালিটিক্স ও অন্যান্য সেবা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
১. সেবার প্রকৃতি
MediBOT ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, ওয়েবসাইট/অ্যাপ ডেভেলপমেন্ট, কনটেন্ট তৈরি, ব্র্যান্ডিং, অ্যানালিটিক্স ও অপ্টিমাইজেশন সেবা প্রদান করে।
২. অর্ডার ও বুকিং
কাজ শুরু করার আগে প্রজেক্ট স্কোপ, সময়সীমা, বাজেট ও ডেলিভারেবল নির্ধারণ করা হবে। Proposal অনুমোদনের পর কাজ শুরু হবে।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
সেবার ধরন, কাজের পরিমাণ ও সময়সীমার উপর ভিত্তি করে মূল্য নির্ধারিত হবে। নির্ধারিত payment schedule অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট করতে হবে।
৪. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা
প্রজেক্টের ধরন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি timeline নির্ধারিত হবে। Client delay হলে delivery timeline পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৫. Revision
প্রজেক্ট scope অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত সংখ্যক revision দেওয়া হবে। অতিরিক্ত পরিবর্তন চাইলে additional charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৬. Cancellation
কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর cancellation করলে already completed work, planning, tools বা resource cost অনুযায়ী charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৭. Refund Policy
Refund case-by-case basis এ বিবেচনা করা হবে। কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে full refund প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।
৮. Client Responsibility
Client কে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য, access, approval, content, brand material ও feedback সময়মতো দিতে হবে। Delay হলে project timeline পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৯. Intellectual Property
Full payment সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর agreed final deliverables client-এর ব্যবহারের জন্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে। MediBOT portfolio/marketing purpose এ কাজ প্রদর্শন করতে পারে, যদি আলাদা agreement না থাকে।
১০. Privacy & Data
Client data, login access, business information এবং campaign data responsibly handle করা হবে। তবে third-party tools এর policy আলাদা হতে পারে।
১১. Limitation of Liability
MediBOT সর্বোচ্চ professional effort প্রদান করবে, তবে third-party platform policy, ad approval, algorithm change বা external issue এর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
১২. Policy Update
MediBOT যেকোনো সময় Terms & Conditions update করতে পারে। Updated version website এ প্রকাশিত হলে তা কার্যকর হবে।

These Terms & Conditions apply to MediBOT’s website, digital marketing, web development, content development, analytics, optimization, and related digital services.
1. Nature of Services
MediBOT provides digital marketing, website and web application development, content creation, branding, analytics, automation, and optimization services.
2. Order & Booking
Before starting a project, the scope of work, timeline, budget, and deliverables will be discussed and confirmed. Work begins after proposal approval.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the type of service, project scope, timeline, and required resources. Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation. Delays in providing content, access, or approval may affect the timeline.
5. Revisions
Revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or major scope changes may require extra charges.
6. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges may apply for completed work, planning, tools, resources, or time already invested.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once project work has started, full refund may not be applicable.
8. Client Responsibility
The client must provide required information, access, approvals, brand materials, content, and feedback on time. Delays may affect delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
After full payment, agreed final deliverables may be used by the client. MediBOT may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
10. Privacy & Data
MediBOT handles client information, access details, campaign data, and business information responsibly. Third-party tools may have their own policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
MediBOT provides professional effort but is not responsible for external issues such as third-party platform policies, ad approval, algorithm updates, or technical outages.
12. Policy Updates
MediBOT may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms become effective once published on the website.
