Refund Policy

MediBOT maintains a transparent refund and cancellation policy for digital services, project work, subscriptions, consulting, and custom deliverables.

এই Refund Policy MediBOT-এর digital marketing, web development, content creation, analytics, automation, consulting এবং অন্যান্য digital service payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

১. Refund Policy-এর উদ্দেশ্য

MediBOT client expectation, project scope, payment status এবং কাজের অগ্রগতি বিবেচনা করে refund request review করে।

২. কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে Refund

যদি payment করার পর project work শুরু না হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে request review করে partial বা full refund বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।

৩. কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর Refund

Project planning, research, design, development, content, campaign setup বা resource allocation শুরু হলে full refund প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।

৪. Non-Refundable Items

Completed work, consultation fee, strategy planning, paid tools, third-party cost, ad spend, domain/hosting/payment gateway charge non-refundable হতে পারে।

৫. Cancellation

Client project cancel করলে completed work, used resources, committed time এবং third-party cost deduct করে refund বিবেচনা করা হবে।

৬. Revision বনাম Refund

Minor dissatisfaction বা change request থাকলে প্রথমে revision, correction বা adjustment দেওয়া হবে। Refund হবে শেষ option হিসেবে।

৭. Digital Campaign & Ads

Meta/Google ad spend, boosted post, paid campaign cost বা third-party platform billing MediBOT refund করতে পারবে না।

৮. Refund Processing Time

Approved refund সাধারণত ৭–১৫ business days এর মধ্যে process করা হবে, payment method এবং banking system অনুযায়ী সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৯. Refund Request Method

Refund request লিখিতভাবে email/message এর মাধ্যমে project details, payment proof এবং reason সহ submit করতে হবে।

১০. Final Decision

Refund eligibility project scope, delivered work, agreement এবং actual progress অনুযায়ী MediBOT review করে final decision দেবে।

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for MediBOT’s digital marketing, web development, content creation, analytics, automation, consulting, and related services.

1. Purpose of This Policy

MediBOT reviews refund requests based on client expectations, project scope, payment status, and work progress.

2. Refund Before Work Starts

If payment has been made but project work has not started, a partial or full refund may be considered after review.

3. Refund After Work Starts

Once planning, research, design, development, content, campaign setup, or resource allocation begins, full refund may not be applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Completed work, consultation fees, strategy planning, paid tools, third-party costs, ad spend, domain, hosting, and gateway charges may be non-refundable.

5. Cancellation

If the client cancels a project, completed work, used resources, committed time, and third-party costs may be deducted before refund consideration.

6. Revision vs Refund

For minor dissatisfaction or change requests, MediBOT will first offer revisions, corrections, or adjustments. Refund is considered only when appropriate.

7. Digital Campaigns & Ads

Meta Ads, Google Ads, boosted posts, ad spend, or third-party platform billing cannot be refunded by MediBOT.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment method and banking system.

9. Refund Request Method

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with project details, payment proof, and the reason for the request.

10. Final Decision

MediBOT will make the final decision after reviewing project scope, delivered work, agreement terms, and actual progress.
